We're looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals who want to build a long-term career in sales. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles who are ready to develop their commercial skills.

You’ll receive comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and a clear progression pathway into our Sales Trainee programme and future sales opportunities within the business.

The Opportunity

Working with businesses across the agriculture, construction and transportation sectors, you will:

• Build relationships with new and existing customers by phone.
• Identify sales opportunities and generate new business.
• Manage a mix of warm and cold leads.
• Create advertising solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Process sales orders, maintain customer records, and collect payments.
• Deliver excellent customer service while working towards sales targets.

Many new starters begin earning commission shortly after completing their training.

Training & Development

Your initial focus will be on learning our products, sales processes, and industry sectors. You’ll also gain exposure to other departments, including Marketing, helping you develop a broader understanding of the business. Ongoing training and development are key parts of the role as our products and technology continue to evolve.

• Ability to commute to our Manchester office.
