To meet the increased demand of clients who enjoy our service, we’re growing our team of Style Concierge. We are looking for individuals who live for fashion, thrive on delivering customer happiness and enjoy the challenge of working independently, as part of a field-based team.

THE ROLE:

Our Style Concierge team provides an effortless and personal at-home shopping experience to clients, acting as brand ambassadors for Harper’s partner brands. From delivery of the pieces they have selected to the advice and recommendations you make, you’ll deliver joy and confidence in our service to the customers you meet.

This is a hands-on, on-the-road role. Driving will make up 50% or more of your day, so you’ll need to enjoy the customer-facing side of the job just as much as the time spent behind the wheel getting to and from appointments across Greater London.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Know each customer’s needs, lifestyle and budget, and use that understanding to guide them with open, honest advice and recommendations.
• Focus on converting try-on appointments into sales, using your product knowledge and styling expertise to help customers commit to the pieces that are right for them.
• Responsible for your own timekeeping, staying on top of your schedule and admin so that every appointment runs on time.
• Work towards quarterly sales and efficiency targets, holding yourself accountable and staying self-motivated to achieve them.
• Take pride in your role, living and breathing the Harper values and acting as an ambassador for our brand partners.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in a customer facing role. Retail or fashion experience is great, but we’re just as open to other dynamic, customer-focused backgrounds, such as hospitality, if you’ve got a strong interest in fashion.
• Some sales experience would be preferred.
• Confident and warm personality, with the ability to put customers at ease.
• A self-starter who works on initiative and enjoys working independently.
• Comfortable spending most of your day in the car, driving across London between appointments.
• You’ll bring professionalism to everything you do, representing Harper and our brand partners with polish and pride.

WE NEED FROM YOU:

• A clean, full UK driving licence
• Minimum of 2 years No-Claims Bonus
• Access to a personal vehicle (car) for travelling to and from appointments is preferable, but not essential
• A confident and experienced driver in London
• Clean criminal record (all successful applicants are DBS checked)
