Vp plc is seeking a customer-focused Hire Desk professional to ensure queries from customers and suppliers are resolved promptly and accurately. You will conduct root cause analysis and contribute to continual improvements to reduce future issues, while supporting end-to-end processes that drive customer retention.
You will work with Hire Controllers and re‑hire suppliers, utilise systems such as Softco, Zendesk and CXone, and strive to meet or exceed KPI targets for query handling and margins.
