Sykes Holiday Cottages Ltd in Cornwall is seeking an Account Manager to act as the first point of contact for property owners and help maximise holiday home performance while ensuring guests enjoy a seamless, memorable stay.
You will respond to queries promptly, keep clear records, and work with teams across Property Services, Quality & Revenue Management to drive guest satisfaction. On-call duties are required on a four-week cycle with additional earnings.
