Join the vibrant world of Le Creuset as a Retail Sales Assistant, where cookware meets colour, and customers come for inspiration! You’ll be the friendly face helping shoppers discover their next kitchen favourite, sharing product tips, and keeping the store looking fabulous. From ringing up sales to restocking shelves, you’ll bring energy, enthusiasm, and a love for great food and design to every shift.

As a Sales Assistant, you'll serve up exceptional customer experiences, share your knowledge of premium cookware, and help our customers cook up success in their kitchens.

• Customer Service: Welcome guests like they’re entering your kitchen, offer expert advice and a warm smile.
• Sales: Whisk up sales by demonstrating products and upselling with confidence.
• Product Knowledge: Stay seasoned with the latest arrivals and promotions.
• Store Presentation: Keep our shelves looking as appetising as a well-plated dish.
• Cash Handling: Serve accurate transactions at the checkout counter.
• Team Collaboration: Stir up positivity and teamwork every day.

What’s On Your Seasonal Menu

• Inventory Management: Stock up and organise merchandise like a well-arranged pantry.
• Customer Feedback: Gather insights to spice up our service.
• Merchandising: Create displays that look good enough to eat.
• Additional Duties: Add a pinch of flexibility to support store operations when needed.

• Flexibility to work retail trading hours, including weekends, late evenings, and bank holidays.
