Client Advisor

We’re working with a leading insurance organisation that is looking to appoint a Client Advisor to join their team.

The Role

Working as part of a close-knit team, you’ll provide day-to-day support to Account Executives and be a key point of contact for clients and insurers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing renewals, mid-term adjustments and associated administration.
• Acting as a key point of contact with insurers throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Supporting a portfolio of approximately 40–50 clients.
• Working across a broad range of commercial insurance products, including Commercial Combined, Property, Liability, Legal Expenses, Travel, Cyber, Terrorism, Construction and Engineering.
• Working across both open market and delegated authority placements.
• Supporting Account Executives with pre-renewal activity and client meetings.
• Building strong relationships with clients and insurers and ensuring excellent levels of service.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business.

About You

• Around 2 years’ experience within Commercial Insurance is preferred.
• Experience across multiple lines of commercial insurance would be advantageous.
• Candidates with SME experience will also be considered.
• Open to candidates at the start of their insurance career who demonstrate the right attitude and drive to progress.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ambitious, motivated and keen to develop a long‑term career within insurance.
• Organised and able to manage a varied portfolio of clients effectively.
