Bannatyne Group in Humberston is seeking a dynamic Membership Advisor to promote and sell memberships through tours, presentations and follow ups with prospective members. You will deliver a welcoming experience, manage sign ups, invoices and data entry in the membership system, and collaborate with fitness and service teams to ensure a smooth onboarding.
The role requires strong communication, good organisation, a customer-focused attitude and the ability to meet KPIs and targets.
