Inside Sales Representative

Drive Outreach, Build Client Relationships & Support Sales Growth

We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative within the Education sector.

You’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and driving sales growth across our playground and outdoor fitness product ranges. This role suits someone who thrives on proactive outreach, takes pride in delivering excellent service, and understands the Education, commercial construction or landscape industry.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Proactively contact prospective and existing customers to identify new sales opportunities.
• Qualify inbound enquiries and support the external sales team with leads and quotes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including councils, schools, architects, and contractors.
• Coordinate appointments across the sales team, considering geographical location, availability, opportunity quality and existing commitments to help maximise the productive selling time of the field sales team.
• Provide Sales Managers with clear customer and project information ahead of appointments.
• Prepare and follow up on proposals & quotes with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Manage CRM records to ensure all customer interactions and opportunities are tracked and up to date.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute outbound campaigns and follow up on generated leads.
• Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth project handover and excellent customer experience.

Results-Driven Inside Sales Professional

You have proven experience in inside sales, business development, or account management, ideally in the Education, commercial construction, landscaping, or building products sector.

In this role, you will have various tasks within inside sales. Therefore, it is important that you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.

Moreover, we imagine you have/are:

• Confident communicator with a professional and engaging phone manner.
• Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Identifying buying signs to engage in quoting and closing wins over the phone where appropriate
• Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficient with CRM systems (we use Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Office Suite.
