Cleaner Operative

We are currently looking for an experienced Outdoor Cleaning Operative to deliver high level results to our client at a prestigious office complex. You will be responsible for maintaining cleaning standards across the site as well as meeting the agreed SLAs. Does this sound like you?

• Driving licence preferred.

you will be responsible for the following:

• Maintaining external areas as requested by the Facilities/Operations Manager
• Ensuring Roads/Paths are clean and free from rubbish and cigarette ends
• Ensuring car parks are free from debris using the leaf blower
• Remove rubbish/waste bins to designated areas for collection
• Ensuring the workplace is clean, tidy & hazard free ready for the next working day.

In order to be successful in this role you will need have the ability to communicate and read basic English.

Previous experience is desirable.

UK driving licence is desirable.

You will need to be open, honest, self-driven and determined.

You will need to be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.

• Contract: Permanent
• Type: Part Time
• Hours: 25 per week (5am-10am Monday-Friday)
• Pay/Salary: £13.45 per hour
