Guest Experience Associate - Entertainment Centre

Tenpin Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Assistant at our Southampton centre to deliver a fun, high-energy experience for guests across multiple activities including bowling, laser arena, escape rooms and karaoke.

You will greet guests, manage bookings, handle enquiries, spot sales opportunities, host events, keep venues clean, and assist with food and drinks. A friendly, proactive and team-oriented approach is essential.
