Production Operative

Are you looking for your first or next opportunity in the food packaging sector? We're currently recruiting for dedicated and motivated individuals to join our client's team in a flexible part time/full time role.

This position offers a flexible working pattern where you provide your availability each week and shifts are then booked on a day to day basis depending on client requirements. Some team members work full weeks, while others typically complete 3 to 4 days, making this a great option if you're looking for adaptable hours.

Working days are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, with a half hour unpaid break and two paid 15 minute tea breaks. Onsite, you'll find vending machines for teas, coffees, and snacks, as well as free parking if you're commuting by car. If you're using public transport, the nearest bus stop is just a 10 minute walk away.

Your main responsibility will be packing various food items into boxes along a moving production line. These boxes are then sealed and stacked on pallets, ready to be transported to the warehouse.

We're looking for someone who is hardworking, reliable and ready to hit the ground running. A good eye for detail and good working speed will help you thrive in this role. Previous experience in a similar setting is an advantage but not essential.
