• Managing depots against our system to ensure deliveries are running on time
• Communicating with customers to provide updates on deliveries
• Make outgoing and take incoming calls to resolve queries
• Maintains effective relationships with customers
• Develops and delivers high quality / innovative services and solutions
• Regularly reviews and communicates progress against objectives and adjusts as needed
