Parts Advisor

We are recruiting for a Parts Advisor, Automotive Parts Advisor or Parts Sales Advisor to join a busy main dealership in Milton Keynes. Previous experience within an automotive parts department is preferred. Applicants must hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: £26,650 basic per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays paid as overtime

Parts Advisor Role

• Receive, check and organise incoming parts and stock
• Pick, pack and dispatch parts orders accurately
• Order parts and accessories to meet workshop and customer requirements
• Maintain accurate stock records and departmental documentation
• Handle parts enquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Work closely with the Service and Parts departments
• Ensure all parts operations meet company and dealership standards

Parts Advisor Requirements

• Previous experience within an automotive parts department is preferred
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage stock, orders and customer enquiries efficiently
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Right to work in the UK
