Rostering & Workforce Operations Lead

ELM Alliance Ltd is recruiting a Workforce Administrator to coordinate the federation workforce in Redcar, Cleveland and Middlesbrough. You will develop and maintain clinical rotas, manage annual leave, and coordinate locums to ensure service delivery meets patient needs.

Working with HR and operational teams, you will process provider invoices, maintain records, and provide timely information to colleagues.
