Key Responsibilities
Perform regular cleaning duties across all common areas, offices, restrooms, and exterior spaces.
Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify and address any cleaning needs, safety hazards, or minor repair requirements.
Manage waste disposal and recycling, ensuring bins are emptied and the surrounding areas are kept clean.
Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing minor leaks, and reporting more significant issues to building management.
Ensure the security and tidiness of the premises, especially after business hours if applicable.
Respond promptly to tenant or staff requests related to cleaning or property maintenance.
Requirements
Previous experience in property maintenance, janitorial services, or a similar caretaker role.
Proficiency with basic maintenance tools and cleaning equipment.
