TEMP TO PERM - Warehouse Op

WAREHOUSE OP – TEMP TO PERM – COALVILLE.
We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our team, supporting a long-standing client based in Coalville, Leicestershire.
Working within a chilled and frozen warehouse environment, your duties will include picking and replenishing stock to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

This role will include:

• Keeping pick faces fully stocked and replenished.
• Moving pallets safely from bulk storage areas into active picking lanes.
• Accurately picking chilled and frozen goods using headsets or handheld RF scanners.
• Following health and safety procedures while working in a cold store environment.

Duration: TEMP TO PERM ROLE WITH AN IMMEDIATE START.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: Your hourly rate in this role will be £13.55.

Working Hours: 08:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.

Experience & Qualifications

revious warehouse experience is essential, ideally within a chilled or freezer environment. FLT Counterbalance and/or Aisle Master experience would be a distinct advantage.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be reliable, punctual and have excellent communication skills.
• Be a strong team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Be keen to develop their skills and progress within the role and company.
• Be available for full-time work with an immediate start.
• Have reliable transport to and from Coalville, as transport is not provided.
