Are you an organised, detail-focused administrator looking for an exciting opportunity?

We're currently recruiting for a Supply Planning Administrator to join a friendly and sociable team based just off Clapham High Street . This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within a busy Supply Planning function, working as part of a supportive team of eight.

The role is initially offered on a temporary basis from Monday 12th October until approximately March 2027 , with a strong possibility that it could be extended beyond this point or potentially become permanent for the right person.

About the role

As a Supply Planning Administrator, you'll play an important part in supporting the smooth running of the supply and delivery process. You'll be working with invoices, shipment documentation and orders, ensuring everything is accurate, up to date and processed efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Verifying and approving supplier and transporter invoices
• Handling documentation relating to shipments and ensuring records are accurately filed
• Processing invoices and managing associated procedures
• Monitoring outstanding orders and ensuring accurate status updates and delivery dates
• Supporting the wider Supply Planning Team with general administration and coordination
• Liaising with relevant internal teams and external suppliers/transporters to ensure information is accurate and up to date

About you

We're looking for someone who is organised, reliable and highly detail-focused , with excellent administrative skills and a methodical approach to their work.

You'll ideally have previous experience in an administrative, logistics, supply chain, finance or operations environment, although strong transferable administration experience will also be considered .

You'll need to be confident working with data and documentation, comfortable using Excel and other systems, and have the ability to manage your workload accurately within a busy team environment.

The team & environment

You'll be joining a company of around 260 employees , with approximately 30-50 people working in the office on an average day. The Supply Planning Team consists of eight people and is known for being friendly, collaborative and sociable .

• Location: Just off Clapham High Street
• Salary: £15 per hour + holiday pay
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (1-hour lunch)
• Working pattern: 5 days in the office
• Start date: Monday 12th October
• Duration: Until approximately March 2027, with potential to extend or become permanent
• Interview: MS Teams video interview - today or tomorrow
