Shift Lead: Inspire a Fast, Customer‑First Team

Greggs plc is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager isn’t present. You’ll inspire the team, ensure smooth service across in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru, and help create a brilliant customer experience.

In this role you’ll prepare products, maintain displays, and lead by example with fast, friendly service. If you’ve supervised teams in a customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you.
