Retail Team Leader: Drive Sales & Customer Experience

CLARK'S in Glasgow is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in all store operations and lead the sales team to achieve commercial objectives. You will deputise during the Store Manager's absence and drive performance on the shop floor.

You'll model excellent selling behaviours, coach and develop staff, optimise the customer experience, and uphold Visual Merchandising standards to deliver a top-tier shopping environment.
