Co-op in England is seeking a Customer Team Leader to run a small store team, delivering essential services to the community. You may work in the post office or bakery, or support online services and home delivery drivers, taking responsibility for day-to-day store performance.
You will motivate and coach teammates on the shop floor, manage stock and tills, and champion Co-op membership. A commitment to customer service and flexible weekend shifts are essential.
