We' re hiring a dependable, motivated Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations and help lead a high-performing store team. Assist with supervising, coaching, and training staff Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management Help promote a positive, engaged team culture
Support daily store operations, including opening and closing duties Manage store communication (email, updates, task assignments) Work closely with the Store Manager on staffing, operational needs, and sales goals
Check ID and ensure all alcohol sales meet Alberta regulations Deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
Assist with inventory counts, ordering, and receiving Review reports and documentation for accuracy Help support store financial targets and controllables
