Minstead Trust’s Furzey Gardens is seeking an experienced Tea Room Manager to lead the tea rooms operation, delivering an outstanding visitor experience and driving commercial performance. You will manage day-to-day operations, lead staff and volunteers, develop seasonal menus and training, and ensure high food hygiene and safety standards while supporting people with neuro-disabilities.
This hands-on leadership role requires weekend availability and offers rewarding work at a unique visitor
