Driver/Strip Out Operative

Location: Hereford and Worcestershire
Rate: (Apply online only) per day
Contract: Ongoing programme scheduled for the next 4½ years

Think Recruitment are recruiting a reliable Driver / Strip-Out Operative to support a social housing kitchen and bathroom programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out kitchen and bathroom strip-outs once services have been safely isolated by the relevant trades.
• Remove units, fixtures and materials ready for refurbishment.
• Move materials and assist installation teams.
• Complete driving duties between properties and designated locations.
• Keep properties and work areas clear, tidy and safe.
• Follow site instructions and safe manual handling procedures.

Requirements

• Previous strip-out or construction labouring experience.
• A valid driving licence.
• A valid Grteen CSCS.
• Your own Transport
• The ability to travel across Hereford and Worcestershire.
