What you'll be doing

• Working as part of a skilled production team
• Manually creating high-quality bespoke blinds and curtains
• Following processes to ensure consistent product quality

• A positive, can-do attitude
• A strong team player who enjoys hands-on work
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Attention to detail and pride in your work

Working hours

• Monday to Thursday, 7:00am - 5:00pm

• Plus a Christmas shutdown period

What you'll receive

• Competitive weekly pay
• Generous staff discount (including family & friends)
• 4-day working week - long weekends every week
• Health & wellbeing cashback plan
• Annual summer BBQ and Christmas party

Our commitment to you

We recognise that there's no 'one size fits all' approach, and we're committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and able to be their true self. If you require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, please let us know, we'll be happy to support you. Everyone who applies will receive a response.
