Compton Care is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Perton shop. This 15-hour-per-week role works alongside the Store Manager to supervise volunteers, deliver excellent customer service, and help drive sales and charitable outcomes in our community store.
Salary £25,353 per annum (pro rata) with benefits. You will recruit and train volunteers, manage stock and displays, handle cash securely, and ensure health and safety standards.
