Property Maintenance Administrator: Client Support & Reporting

Sphere Solutions are recruiting for an Administrator to join an established property maintenance and refurbishment contractor delivering planned maintenance, responsive repairs, retrofit and improvement works across social housing and public-sector buildings.

The successful candidate will log and update jobs, schedule appointments, liaise with tenants and residents, communicate with clients and teams, monitor emails, and raise POs to support maintenance contracts.
