What You’ll Do

As aMaintenance Person , you will:

Complete property maintenance tasks includingplumbing ,decorating ,basic electrical , andgeneral repairs , ensuring lodges and buildings are well-kept and functional
Check and prepare accommodation ready for guest arrivals
Work collaboratively with the wider team to maintain park standards
Observe and uphold Health and Safety procedures , ensuring a safe working environment
Use handheld devices or computer systems to log tasks and updates as needed

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a proactive and reliable individual who has:

Experience in general property maintenance , repairs, and fault finding
Skills acrossmultiple trades such asplumbing ,carpentry ,DIY , andpainting
A full, Valid UK driving licence (essential)
A good understanding ofhealth and safety regulations
Customer service and teamwork skills
Confidence usinghandheld devices or basic IT systems
