Belmont Recruitment is seeking a Housing Customer Advisor for a supported housing service in Stoke-on-Trent. You will be the first point of contact, guiding customers through their housing journey from referral to securing longer-term accommodation.
In this role you will assess referrals, provide a responsive, person-centred service to vulnerable individuals, work with partner agencies to prevent homelessness and coordinate move-on options, while maintaining accurate records.
