Are you an organised, proactive and people-focused administrator looking for a rewarding role at the heart of a school community?
We are seeking a School Administrator to join our team and play a key role in the smooth running of our busy primary school. This is a varied and rewarding position offering the opportunity to make a real impact across the school community.
You will provide high-quality administrative and operational support, managing key areas including pupil admissions and enrolment, Arbor, the School Census, OLFSM eligibility, nursery funding, academic year rollover processes and school meal balances. As a key user of Arbor, you will also have the opportunity to support new initiatives, helping to improve systems and enhance the experience of pupils, families and staff. Working closely with colleagues, pupils, parents, carers and external partners, you will help ensure our school operates efficiently while providing a professional and welcoming service to our community.
We are a diverse primary school in East Leeds, committed to ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed. Through our pupil premium funding, we provide extensive support for pupils and families, including a larger pastoral team, an Inclusion Mentor, specialist music provision, educational visits and targeted interventions that enable children to thrive.
As part of Red Kite Learning Trust, you will benefit from a wide range of professional development opportunities to help you grow your skills, broaden your experience and progress your career. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a meaningful contribution to the success of our school.
Meadowfield is a special place to work for those who want to make a real difference. Our dedicated staff are committed to achieving the best outcomes for every child through a child-centred approach that recognises and nurtures individual strengths. Through innovative teaching and enriching off-site experiences, we inspire curiosity, encourage active learning and help pupils reach their full potential. Guided by our motto, "Sowing Seeds for the Future", we equip children with the skills, confidence and knowledge they need for lifelong learning.
We are proud of our welcoming and supportive school community, where positive relationships are at the heart of everything we do. Staff work together to create an environment in which both pupils and colleagues feel valued, supported and able to thrive.
