Join Our Caring Team as a Care Home Administrator

Location: Barnes Lodge, Tonbridge Wells

Pay: £13.64

Hours: 37 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday

Help Keep Our Home Running Smoothly

We’re looking for a friendly and organised Home Administrator to join the team at Barnes Lodge. This is a busy and varied role where you’ll help keep everything behind the scenes running smoothly – from supporting staff and residents to managing records, payroll and day‑to‑day administration.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Staff Payroll & Personnel Records – keep things accurate and running smoothly
• Financial Records – track income, expenses, budgets and petty cash
• Supplies & Deliveries – make sure everything arrives on time
• New Resident Admissions – help welcome and set up paperwork
• Team Induction & Training – support new staff as they join
• Health, Safety & Confidentiality – ensure policies and records are followed

You’ll Probably Enjoy This Role If You…

• Can juggle a few tasks without breaking a sweat
• Work well both independently and as part of a team

(Admin experience is helpful and an NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration is a bonus!)
