We're looking for an organised, friendly and proactive Administrator to join our team at Llys Hafren. If you enjoy helping people, take pride in delivering excellent customer service, and thrive in a varied administrative role, we'd love to hear from you. As the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors and healthcare professionals, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our home while supporting our Home Manager and wider team. Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming visitors and providing a warm, professional first impression.
Answering telephone enquiries and managing reception duties.
Managing filing, correspondence and general office administration.
Liaising with Head Office departments including Payroll, HR, Finance, Recruitment and Purchasing.
Supporting petty cash and resident finances
