• Coordinating repairs, maintenance and servicing to keep everything running smoothly for our customers
• Making sure emergency work and overdue services are picked up quickly and completed in line with our commitments
• Keeping in touch with our customers, giving clear, timely updates and making sure they know what to expect every step of the way
• Working closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure materials, equipment and services are in place when needed

Your attention to detail and organisation will help create a seamless experience for both our customers and colleagues – minimising disruption and keeping everything on track.

This role will be office based 5 days per week.

What we’re looking for

You’ll be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and puts people first. You’ll be a confident communicator, building positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers, working collaboratively as part of a supportive team.

You’ll be part of a team that genuinely cares about our customers, our communities, and each other. We’re proud to create an environment where you can be yourself, grow your skills, and make a real difference every day.

Want to know more about this exciting role that puts you at the heart of our repairs and service operations? We’d love to hear from you.
