Onboarding Executive – Customer Success

The first 60 days decide whether a customer gets real value from FISCAL. As our Onboarding Executive, you'll make those 60 days count and become fully skilled at project managing software implementations along the way.

Why FISCAL Technologies

We protect your spend. Our AI-driven software stops duplicate payments, fraud and supplier risk before they cost our customers money. We work with finance teams across UK local government, the public sector, and private organisations in the UK and US.

We're profitable, independently owned, and around 65 people strong. Your work will be visible, and you'll have proper tools, data and support behind you.

What you'll do

You'll run onboarding projects for new customers, from the kick-off call to a confident handover to their Customer Success Manager. You'll work alongside Jeannette Keleher, who leads our onboarding, and learn from one of the most experienced people in the team.

• Plan each onboarding, agree owners and timelines, and keep it on track
• Work with customer finance and IT teams to extract data from their ERP and other data sources
• Manage data imports and set-up, and check the data with our forensic tools
• Deliver training that helps busy AP teams make FISCAL part of their routine
• Help existing customers add modules, sites and licences, or move to a new ERP
• Improve our onboarding playbook and try AI-assisted ways of working

Your first year

You'll start by learning our product and the world of Accounts Payable, shadowing onboardings and meeting the team. By 90 days you'll be running onboarding tasks and delivering your first training. By six months you'll be running onboardings on your own, and by the end of the year you'll own a full pipeline, with your next step agreed.

What You'll Bring

• Around 1 to 2 years in onboarding, implementation, project coordination, customer support or account management
• A highly organised approach: you like a plan, and you follow through on it
• Confidence on customer calls and explaining things clearly
• Comfort with data and spreadsheets, and an eye for when something doesn’t look right

Experience with B2B SaaS onboarding, ERP systems, or Accounts Payable is a bonus, not a requirement. We'll teach you the rest.

Onboarding is a career in its own right . From here you can grow on our onboarding and implementation track, through Onboarding Specialist, Implementation Consultant and Senior Implementation Consultant to Head of Onboarding. Or you can move across into customer success, from Customer Success Manager to Head of Customer Success. You choose, and you can change your mind.
