We are seeking an organised and motivated Warranty Administrator to join our busy Aftersales team in West Bromwich. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administration experience who is looking to develop a career within the commercial vehicle industry, or for an experienced Warranty Administrator seeking a new challenge within a growing and successful business.

The Role

As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring warranty claims are processed efficiently, accurately and in accordance with manufacturer and company guidelines. Working closely with our Service Department, technicians and manufacturer partners, you will help maximise warranty recoveries and maintain excellent standards of compliance.

This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit and process warranty claims in line with manufacturer requirements.
• Review repair orders, technician reports and supporting documentation to ensure claim accuracy.
• Monitor warranty claims from submission through to payment.
• Investigate and resolve rejected or queried claims.
• Process warranty invoices and maintain accurate records.
• Liaise with service advisors, workshop personnel and manufacturer representatives.
• Ensure warranty documentation is completed and retained for audit purposes.
• Support the Service Department with warranty-related enquiries.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of manufacturer warranty policies and procedures.
• Produce warranty performance reports when required.

Desirable Experience

• Previous Warranty Administrator experience within a dealership environment.
• Experience within the HGV, commercial vehicle, automotive or fleet industry.
• Knowledge of manufacturer warranty processes.
• Experience using Kerridge/Autoline or similar dealer management systems.
• Technical understanding of commercial vehicles or vehicle repair processes.
