Tradewind Recruitment LTD. Havering, East London is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Coordinator to join the secondary school pastoral team.
You will provide day-to-day pastoral support to students, help improve attendance and wellbeing, and work with Heads of Year, SENCOs and staff to support pupils. The role involves managing behaviour, delivering 1:1 and small-group interventions, maintaining records of concerns and interventions, and promoting a safe, engaging environment for learning.
