Remote Personal Injury Litigator | Expert Claims Negotiator

Minster Law is seeking a Personal Injury Executive to manage a portfolio of EL/PL claims on a fully remote basis. You will deliver excellent client care, negotiate settlements, and identify litigation opportunities to progress claims.

You should have experience with MOJ portal and non-portal personal injury matters and be comfortable using a task-based case management system to keep clients informed. The role includes a discretionary bonus and generous holiday entitlement.
