Responsibilities

Provide agreed home visits, sitting at the owner's home or boarding at your own premises; follow feeding, walking and care instructions; keep owners updated.

Requirements

Practical dog-care experience; understanding of behaviour and stress signals; ability to provide a secure, suitable environment for the service you offer.

Skills

Dog care; observation of behaviour; routine management; safe handling; owner communication.

Qualifications

Desirable: dog-training or canine-behaviour qualifications, animal-care education, pet first-aid training, and references from previous owners.
