Technical Support Specialist – Medical Devices & Software

Keeler, a global eyecare leader and Halma member, is based in Windsor and seeks a Technical Support Associate to deliver first-line support for Keeler’s products and software, including Keeler Konnect, Accutome Connect, Kapture and Kinexis.

You will join a collaborative team, receive full training, and develop expertise in both hardware and software support while helping internal and external customers resolve issues promptly.
