CRH, through its Tarmac business, is seeking an HR Services Administrator for a 6-month fixed-term contract in Solihull. You will support the employee lifecycle, maintain HR records, and assist with audits and data integrity while driving continuous improvement in HR services.
You will work within the HR Services team to deliver a first-class service, leveraging SAP and MS Office, and partner with stakeholders across the business to promote a positive One Team culture.
