Recruitment Co-ordinator - 3 Month FTC

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and assessments
• Manage recruitment inboxes and candidate queries
• Prepare offers and recruitment correspondence
• Coordinate pre-employment checks
• Support recruitment projects and onboarding

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

You’ll be organised, proactive, and keen to learn. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Recruitment coordination experience is preferred
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• ATS and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Confidential and professional approach
