Aletheia Academies Trust is seeking a People & Culture Officer to join the People & Culture team. Based at the Central office in Ebbsfleet Valley, with occasional travel to Trust schools, the role covers recruitment, onboarding, records, payroll, attendance, and policy compliance.
You will work proactively to ensure processes are delivered accurately, confidentially and within timescales while contributing to continuous improvement in a school multi-academy trust environment.
