We are looking for an organised, proactive and candidate-focused Recruitment Coordinator to join our Internal Talent Team at The Bleep 360 Group.

You will coordinate end-to-end recruitment across our CQC and Ofsted-regulated care services, from vacancy approval and advertising through to offers and onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers to deliver a smooth, efficient and compliant recruitment experience.

Key Duties

  • Coordinate recruitment from vacancy approval through to onboarding across multiple roles.
  • Advertise vacancies, screen applications, proactively source candidates and arrange interviews.
  • Manage offers and coordinate pre-employment checks, including DBS, references, right to work and qualification verification.
  • Ensure recruitment activity meets safer recruitment and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate ATS records, recruitment trackers and compliance documentation.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, Registered Managers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support high-volume recruitment campaigns, employer branding, recruitment events and candidate attraction initiatives.
  • Monitor vacancy progress, time-to-hire and recruitment KPIs, escalating delays or concerns where necessary.
  • Provide a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or recruitment administration.
  • Experience coordinating recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience completing pre-employment checks within a regulated care environment or to equivalent safer recruitment standards.
  • Strong organisational, communication and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies, deadlines and candidate pipelines.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and recruitment systems/ATS, such as Talos.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work collaboratively.

Desirable

  • Experience recruiting for national or multi-site roles.
  • Experience conducting interviews.
  • Experience in health and social care, children's services or another regulated sector.
  • Experience supporting employer branding or recruitment events.

Benefits

  • Opportunity to earn commission in addition to your base salary.
  • Mondays working from home.
  • Additional annual leave accrued with length of service.
  • Birthday day off with no deduction from your annual leave allowance.

Things to Consider

  • This is a fast-paced role supporting recruitment across multiple services and vacancies.
  • You will be required to manage confidential information and adhere to strict safer recruitment standards.
  • This role will be subject to safer recruitment pre-employment checks, including a basic DBS check, right to work verification, references and any other checks required for the role.
