Hybrid HR Officer: People, Policies & Wellbeing

UK Hydrographic Office in Taunton is seeking an HR Officer to join the HR Delivery team. You’ll work with HR Assistants, Advisors, and specialists to deliver a high-quality service that supports strategic objectives and the 2034 vision.

You’ll support recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle admin, wellbeing and employee relations, HR systems and data management, and provide guidance to line managers. The role offers hybrid working with Taunton office 2–3 days a week.
