Part-Time HR Leader: Culture, Change & People Growth

Smurfit Westrock is seeking an experienced HR professional to join the Windrush team in Oxfordshire on a part-time basis (24-30 hours per week). You will act as a trusted adviser, shaping culture, building capability, and delivering practical people solutions to support business success.

In this broad generalist role, you’ll lead workforce planning, employee relations, leadership development, and talent and succession activities, partnering with leaders across the business.
