Harvester – Gravesend is seeking a Part Time Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations. You will motivate and mentor the team to deliver excellent guest experiences, while stepping in as Duty Manager when needed.
You will train staff, role-model leadership, and drive moments that wow guests, helping the business continue to grow and succeed as a family-friendly brand.
