HR Generalist - Employee Lifecycle & Advisory

ENB are supporting a Northampton-based client in search of an HR Advisor to join the team on a full-time basis. The role supports the HR Manager and the wider HR team in delivering high-level HR support across the company, handling the full employee lifecycle.

Day-to-day you will provide HR advice to managers and employees, support ER activities, coordinate payroll, maintain records, manage onboarding, and assist with learning and development.
