Deritend is seeking an HR Advisor to deliver proactive, people-focused HR services, strengthening employee relations and developing line manager capability. You will shape recruitment for direct roles and partner with Talent Acquisition on indirect hires, using data to drive improvements and improve people processes across a growing organisation of 460+ staff.
You will support the Joint Consultative Committee, engage in HR projects, and help embed best practices.
