Be the trusted connection that helps people move forward
As a Navigator, you’ll be the single, trusted point of contact for participants throughout their journey towards improved wellbeing, confidence, stability and, where appropriate, employment.
Using a person-centred, trauma-informed and health-informed approach, you’ll build strong relationships, understand each person’s individual circumstances and help them identify practical steps towards their goals. From their first warm handover through to in-work support and a planned hand back, you’ll provide consistent encouragement, coaching and support.
You’ll connect participants with community services, health and wellbeing provision, training and employment opportunities, working alongside partner organisations to make sure they receive the right support at the right time.
Fedcap UK is a not-for-profit organisation committed to improving people’s economic mobility. We transform lives by helping people access work, health and learning opportunities. As part of The Fedcap Group – a global charity with 90 years of experience – we work across four specialist practice areas and have supported more than 113,000 people since 2019.
We’re committed to creating a workplace where everyone is treated fairly, feels they belong, and can do their best work. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, identities and communities, and we value the different perspectives and lived experiences they bring. We do not discriminate on the basis of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation.
For nearly ninety years, The Fedcap Group has developed scalable, innovative, and potentially disruptive solutions to some of society’s most pressing needs. The Fedcap Group drives economic mobility through four practice areas - education, workforce development, health, and economic development. The Fedcap Group also invests its time and resources in broader system change - working in partnership with federal, state, and local government to improve the way services are designed, funded, and delivered.
