Location: Flexible with a minimum of 1 day per week working in the office (offices based in Cardiff, Swansea, Rhyl, Felinheli and Wrexham).

Shelter Cymru help thousands of people each year across Wales who are affected by the housing emergency by offering free, confidential and independent advice.

Advice Online Manager (AOL)

Salary: £33,739 per annum (pro rata) - £20,243pa

Contract: Permanent (subject to continued funding)

Hours: 21 hours per week

Shelter Cymru are looking for an Advice Online manager. You will manage and develop Shelter Cymru’s Advice Online (AOL) information resource as an effective homelessness prevention tool. This will include managing the AOL team as well as leading continually improvements in design and content in response to feedback and changing technology, aimed at ensuring the accuracy of, and increasing the usability and effectiveness of, the resource.
