Nova Training is seeking a Learner Resourcer for our Apprenticeship Department in Wolverhampton (Bushbury). You will support the recruitment team by sourcing candidates for business roles and handling administrative tasks with a proactive approach.

Key duties include candidate search via apprenticeship sites and social platforms, conducting telephone pre-screenings, completing application forms and ensuring timely CV submissions to Hiring teams.
